This is the short, true version. It grows when the site grows; it will never claim less than what happens.

Audience measurement

We count visits with a self-hosted instance of Umami, an open source analytics tool, running on our own server. It sets no cookies, builds no cross-site profiles, and the data never leaves our infrastructure. We see aggregated numbers: which pages were opened, how often, from which country, on which kind of device. We use these numbers to see whether this site works. If your browser sends “do not track”, the counting script respects it.

What we store when you write to us

Fit test: your answers and the resulting profile, without your name, unless you choose to leave an email address.

Applications: first name, email, city, WhatsApp number if you give one, and your written answers. We use them to run the application process, and for nothing else. Application data is deleted 12 months after it arrives; you can request deletion at any time before that by writing to hello@oveler.com.

Academy and partner contact: the email address and message you send us, used to answer you.

We do not sell or share this data. It sits in a database on our own server. No mail provider or third-party processor receives it at the moment; if that changes, this page will name the provider before the change happens.

You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted: hello@oveler.com. This applies under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and, for applicants in the European Union, under the GDPR.
