How do I get paid?

In shares, in writing. In knowledge, one hour a week alone with me. In the experience of running it. A monthly salary pays you for the month; a piece of the company pays you for as long as it exists.

What happens if the project fails?

It gets archived and we say so publicly. You keep what you earned. Nobody owes anybody money.

Can I do this while employed full time?

Yes. It is built for ten to fifteen hours a week next to a job.

What if I have my own idea?

Start with one of these. Once you ship something here, we talk about yours.

Do I need to speak English?

Enough to follow a call. There is a free course. Apply in English or Spanish.

Do I need to be in Bogotá?

It helps: once a month we sit in one room. Unswiped also has Berlin and Mannheim. Daily work happens on Discord.

What if I start and then stop?

You keep the slices you reached and stop climbing. No drama, no debt.

Who is Jhoan?

The first person in the studio in Bogotá. He runs the interviews.

Who owns what I build?
