Conditions

The short version of what applies when you use this site or apply.

The offer, plainly

Nothing on this site is a job offer. There is no salary, no employment, and no promise of one. What the studio offers is described on the studio page: a finished product, infrastructure, training, and equity released in steps on a published ladder. The concrete numbers of that ladder are agreed in writing before you start, never retroactively.

Applications

Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Work samples stay yours; we look at them to make a decision, and we do not use them commercially. If we say no, we say it within seven days, with one sentence of reasoning.

The products

The portfolio numbers on this site are real and therefore small. We publish them as they are, and they can go down as well as up. Links lead to live products that are early; expect rough edges.

Disputes

Colombian law applies. If a piece of this page turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
