a studio that builds the company and hands you the keys.

Run by Jörg Dennis Krüger · looking for co-founders, not employees

the model in four sentences

I think up a company, build it, and pay for it. You take one product or one city and make it work, next to your job, ten to fifteen hours a week. You get paid in shares, released in slices on a ladder published before you start; in knowledge, one hour a week alone with me; and in the experience of running a real company.

why anyone would do this

Because it is the shortest path to owning a company that already exists. Starting your own costs an idea, savings, a technical co-founder and a year before anything is live. Here the product is finished, the bills are paid, and the only question left is the one you are actually good at: making it work in the market.

If you make it work, you own a real share of a real company, in writing, and it cost you evenings instead of capital. If you stop, you keep the slices you earned and walk away owing nothing.

what the studio provides

The finished product

Idea thought through, built, live. Design, code, legal texts, brand, domain.

Infrastructure

Servers, domains, hosting, mail, analytics, every tool. Running costs are on the studio.

AI stack

Access to the agent fleet and automations running inside the studio.

Co-working on Discord

Daily presence, one channel per project, Friday numbers, weekly call.

Meetups in Bogotá

Regular, in person, with a topic and an outcome by the evening.

Training

Weekly live session in English, recorded.

English course

Free for everyone in the studio.

Knowledge from 18 years

Conversion optimisation, marketing, sales, fundraising.

Structure

Company, contracts, IP, bookkeeping. The product owner sells, the studio administers.

Capital access

Once the studio has partners, money flows into the projects.

what a week looks like

Monday you post three lines in your project channel. Friday you post numbers, in the same format every week, even when they are bad. One call with everybody, forty five minutes. One hour with me, alone. Once a month we sit in the same room in Bogotá and finish something by the evening.

KPI · Cycle time per week

Commercialization

Pricing models, margins, the number at which this carries itself.

KPI · Prices somebody paid

Brand and Content

The studio itself: site, academy production, distribution.

KPI · Applications out of the academy

Exactly one product owner per project.

Seats open only when the product owner can name the bottleneck, never on reserve.

When opinions differ, the product owner decides.

Studio seats get equity at studio level, not project shares.

the ladder

Step 1 2 %*
Step 2 5 %*
Step 3 10 %*
Step 4 17 %*
Step 5 25 %*

* Reference ladder, cumulative, for a product owner seat. The exact numbers are set individually per seat and project, in writing, before you start, and they never change against you afterwards.

Your equity arrives in five slices. The first one comes after your first four weeks with a shipped result.

Time does not earn equity here. Results do. If you disappear, you keep what you reached and you stop climbing. Nobody has to fire anybody.

the way in

  1. 1 pick one
  2. 2 work sample
  3. 3 talk to Jhoan
  4. 4 four weeks with one result
  5. 5 first slice

what there is and what there is not

Your pay is the equity: a piece of the company you build, in writing, before you start. There is no cash salary, not now and not once we raise, and no job title inside my company either: here you run your own. Users on day one, there are almost none, and nobody will tell you what to do on Tuesday.

This works next to a job. Most people who try it stop after six weeks. I would rather say that here than find out together.
