FOLLOWPASS

Shops ask customers to follow them on Instagram for a discount, on trust. We verify the follow in the DM and hand out the voucher automatically.

what it is

A café asks you to follow them on Instagram and gives you 10% off. Today that promise runs on trust: staff squinting at a stranger’s phone. Nobody checks, nobody counts, and the shop never learns whether it worked.

FOLLOWPASS makes it automatic. A QR sticker opens the shop’s Instagram DMs, the system verifies the follow, and a voucher arrives in the chat. At the till the screen shows green or red. Staff never decide anything.

One city first, three trades: cafés, hair salons, gyms. The map of participating shops stays hidden until 25 of them are active, because a map with three pins looks dead.

what the first weeks have to prove

15 pilot shops, and the follower-per-100-scans number still holding after 30 days.

The sticker at the till is the whole marketing. Ten words on paper carry the conversion.
