a studio that builds the company and hands you the keys.
the model in four sentences
I think up a company, build it, and pay for it. You take one product or one city and make it work, next to your job, ten to fifteen hours a week. There is no salary. There is equity, released in slices, on a ladder that is published before you start.
what the studio provides
The finished product
Idea thought through, built, live. Design, code, legal texts, brand, domain.
Infrastructure
Servers, domains, hosting, mail, analytics, every tool. Running costs are on the studio.
AI stack
Access to the agent fleet and automations running inside the studio.
Co-working on Discord
Daily presence, one channel per project, Friday numbers, weekly call.
Meetups in Bogotá
Regular, in person, with a topic and an outcome by the evening.
Training
Weekly live session in English, recorded.
English course
Free for everyone in the studio.
Knowledge from 18 years
Conversion optimisation, marketing, sales, fundraising.
Structure
Company, contracts, IP, bookkeeping. The owner sells, the studio administers.
Capital access
Once the studio has partners, money flows into the projects.
what a week looks like
Monday you post three lines in your project channel. Friday you post numbers, in the same format every week, even when they are bad. One call with everybody, forty five minutes. One hour with me, alone. Once a month we sit in the same room in Bogotá and finish something by the evening.
the seats
Project seats
Owner
The project or the city. Decides when opinions differ.
Sales
Closings, partners, contracts.
Growth
Demand: channels, content, reach.
Ops and quality
What happens after the signup.
Studio seats
AI Operator
Pages, automations and reporting for every project at once.
Commercialization
Pricing models, margins, the number at which this carries itself.
Brand and Content
The studio itself: site, academy production, distribution.
Exactly one owner per project.
Seats open only when the owner can name the bottleneck, never on reserve.
When opinions differ, the owner decides.
Studio seats get equity at studio level, not project shares.
the ladder
Time does not earn equity here. Results do. If you disappear, you keep what you reached and you stop climbing. Nobody has to fire anybody.
the way in
- 1 pick one
- 2 work sample
- 3 talk to Jhoan
- 4 four weeks with one result
- 5 first slice
what you do not get
A salary. Not now, not deferred, not once we raise. A job title inside my company. Users on day one, there are almost none. Somebody telling you what to do on Tuesday.
This works next to a job. Most people who try it stop after six weeks. I would rather say that here than find out together.
